LIFT HQ CLASSES
We offer a diverse range of classes to suit every fitness level and goal. With group classes designed to keep you motivated and personal attention to help you reach your goals, there's something for everyone at Lift HQ.
LIFT HQ FUNCTIONAL
Lift HQ Functional is our flagship programme! These workouts are intentionally programmed to cater to every individual. This program incorporates functional movements, such as weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and skill acquisition. Under the guidance of experienced and knowledgeable coaches you will be guided through every workout to ensure this is the best hour of your day!
LIFT HQ SWEAT
Lift HQ Sweat is the perfect class for people who are time poor or want to work on their aerobic capacity. This 30 minute class packs a punch! Making the most of a 30 minute session, workouts are usually 20-25 minutes along focusing on building your aerobic capacity and getting a great sweat up in a short amount of time.
LIFT HQ engine
Lift HQ Engine is a longer, low skill focused workout! Traditionally 30-40 minute workouts, designed to build your engine and aerobic capacity! Think cardio machines, body weight movements and dumbbells!
LIFT HQ strength
Our Hybrid Strength Class is designed to help you improve your olympic weight lifting and overall strength. This slightly longer class allows more time ,spent focusing on components of the Olympic lifts and accessory work to support these followed by a workout to finish!
LIFT HQ Friday night lights
Where else would you want to be on a Friday night! FNL is usually a 25-40 minute workout combining a range of barbell movements, gymnastics skills and cardio all in one and scalable for all. There is no better way to end your week!
LIFT HQ Super Saturday
Super Saturday is community day! Either team or partner style workouts designed to bring the community together fostering camaraderie and a little bit of shared competition! Expect an energetic and supportive community, where athletes uplift and celebrate each other's accomplishments You will be sure to start your weekend off right getting a sweat up with your mates!

We offer flexible membership options to suit everyone, including affordable concession cards and a convenient drop-in price. Whether you're looking for regular access or just an occasional visit, we’ve got you covered with our facilities and a supportive community.
